The Information Lab Netherlands and Nimbus Intelligence Netherlands join forces and continue as DDBM
AMSTERDAM - After years of successful cooperation, The Information Lab Netherlands and Nimbus Intelligence Netherlands announce that as of January 1, 2026 they will officially merge and continue together under the name DDBM (Data Driven Business Management). The new brand identity and website have already been launched on December 1, 2025.
The joining of forces formalizes the cooperation that has already taken place in recent years. Both data consulting firms were already under the same owners and the consultants often already worked side by side with clients. By merging into DDBM, the organization creates one strong and clear point of contact for data, technology and business consulting within the modern data stack.
"What started ten years ago with The Information Lab Netherlands was strengthened three years ago with the arrival of Nimbus Intelligence Netherlands," said Rik van Schaik, Co-CEO/CCO. "With DDBM we combine the data engineering and AI expertise of Nimbus with the community power and analytics know-how of The Information Lab, building on the experience we have gained over the past decade. It's a logical next step that gives us the freedom to further sharpen our vision and make lasting impact for our clients."

This strategic move is aimed at increasing clout and providing more clarity to the Benelux market:
